Inventory/Check In (update):
Our Inventory / Check In update service serves as an update to an Inventory / Check In report, which we have previously completed at the same property.
The quoted pricing includes the following rooms:
Entrance, Hallways, Stairs & Landing, Kitchen, Reception, 1 Bathroom, Relevant number of bedrooms.
Please kindly disclose all rooms/areas within the property. Further additional rooms or areas, such as extra bathrooms, 2nd reception/dining rooms, studies, gardens and garages/outbuildings, conservatory etc are charged at £10.00 per room/area as each will have a separate entry for inspection in the report.
In some cases, Prime Link Property Services Ltd reserve the right to charge extra for very heavily furnished properties very high-end properties with excessive fittings and with much larger than average total floor area that has not been disclosed prior to booking. Please call to check price on such properties.
We do not charge for:
– Congestion charge
– Report amendments*
Any services cancelled less than 12 hours before the arranged appointment will incur a cancellation fee of £40.00
All reports are emailed to the relevant parties in a PDF format. Printed copies of reports can be provided at a cost of £15.00 per copy. Please contact us to request a printed copy of the report.
