Inventory / Check In

This service involves our Inventory Clerk visiting your property to report on the description and condition of the decor, contents, furnishings, fittings, fixtures and more.

Inventory / Check In (Update)

The service is popular with returning customers as it serves as an update to an existing Inventory / Check In report we have compiled in the past.

Check Out

At the termination of a tenancy we will visit your property with the original Inventory Check In report and prepare a comparison report, detailing any and all differences to the property, including: damages, cleaning omissions and more.

Midterm Tenancy Inspection

This service is conducted during a tenancy, we report on a variety of issues including: neglect, damages, maintenance repairs required, cleanliness and health and safety issues.

Gas Safety Inspection

A Gas safety certificate is a legal requirement for all rental properties with gas, the certificate is valid for 12 months. All of our gas registered engineers are tasked with checking whether the gas appliances are safe and fit for use.

Electrical Installation Condition Report

An EICR is a legal requirement for all newly let properties, this service entails one of our qualified electricians testing all fixed wiring within a property.

Energy Performance Certificate

By law, EPC’s are required whenever a property is rented out, sold or built. Our Energy Performance Assessors are accredited to the government standard and are tasked with rating a properties energy efficiency.
